Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy applies to the download information, setup guides, and technical articles provided on v2ray-apk.com. It explains how information is handled when you visit the site. Client operation, node services, and external file distribution are not part of this site's web services; please refer to the relevant service provider's own disclosures.
1. Information We Collect
This is a static content site. It does not offer account registration, ask visitors to submit their names, email addresses, or phone numbers, or accept subscription URLs, node passwords, configuration files, or client logs through its pages. You can read guides, navigate between pages, and view download information without providing personal details.
When your browser requests a page, the servers and network infrastructure that deliver the site may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, URL path, browser identifier, response status, and referring page. This information helps deliver content, troubleshoot errors, and detect unusual requests. It may be linked indirectly to a device or visitor, so it should not be considered fully anonymous.
Do not include subscription credentials or other sensitive information in URL query parameters. If a URL contains such information, it may be recorded with the request.
2. Analytics and How We Use It
We use analytics to understand page readership, use of download links, and how the site works on different devices. Analytics may cover page paths, referral categories, visit times, browser and operating system types, and events such as clicking a download link or switching download platforms.
Analytics helps us assess whether guides are easy to find, identify broken links, and improve page structure. It is not used to read client configurations or analyze proxy traffic. Website visit records cannot show whether a client was installed, connected successfully, or accessed any particular network service.
We do not use this analytics to actively collect subscription content. How long analytics tools and service logs are retained depends on the deployment configuration; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been verified.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Analytics features may use cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish sessions and repeat visits. Your browser may also cache pages, fonts, and scripts to reduce repeat requests. Some interface states, such as the selected download platform, may be recorded in a URL fragment. These identifiers are not account information.
Whether local storage is used depends on the features enabled in the current deployment. This site does not require node credentials or subscription URLs to be stored in the browser. You can view, restrict, or clear this site's cookies, cache, and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, some preferences may not persist and analytics may be affected.
Clearing browser data does not automatically delete records already created on servers, or configurations saved by a separate client. Manage client data separately in the relevant app or system settings.
4. Download Sources and Third-Party Services
The download page links to installers for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. Files are provided through the respective projects' release channels or file distribution services; installers are not hosted on this site's pages. Download links may pass through a site URL or redirect to the actual file source. The transfer method depends on the distribution arrangements in effect at the time.
Services involved in delivering files may receive your IP address, request time, file path, and browser identifier, and handle download records under their own policies. This policy does not replace those services' privacy notices, or cover information handled after installation by a client, node provider, or DNS service.
Before opening an external link, check its destination and purpose. Do not submit subscription URLs, account passwords, or full configurations to websites of unknown origin.
5. Policy Updates and Feedback
If site features, analytics practices, or file distribution arrangements change, we will update this page and revise the last-updated month at the top. Changes involving new uses of data will be noted alongside the relevant feature. We recommend reviewing this page when using new features or if you have questions about data handling.
For information about client permissions, importing subscriptions, or connection settings, start with the Getting Started guide. For routing and DNS behavior, see Advanced Configuration. Before reporting an issue, remove account details, subscription links, node addresses, and any other identifying information, then use the feedback channel publicly listed on the site at that time.
